We had our Annual Christmas Party at great Grandpa and Grandmas house. It was fun, but I am thinking this year will be the last. It is sad to let go of tradition, but somethings just arent the same after a while.
We went and did our Christmas caroling and then headed to G&G's house for dinner. After dinner we did the talent show.
Sister sang her song, Up on the Housetop (which we didnt get a picture of) and Cman then sang his song, Jingle Jingle Jingle.
After everyone had performed the kids enacted the manger scene. Sister was Mary, and she decided to come out with the baby under her shirt like she was pregnant. LOL
Then Cman was one of the wisemen, and he decided to bow to the newborn King and pay homage.
After we were done we sang a few songs, one being our traditional 12 Days of Christmas. Then Santa showed up. We were extremely interested in how Missy would react based on our last fiasco a couple weeks before. We were pleasantly surprised that she reacted much differently this time, and decided that she needed to have a stare down with good old Saint Nick! She didnt budge for about 2 minutes!
That is until Santa gave her a present. Then she was through with him!
Cman was called next in our family.
And then was Sister's turn.
We had a fun night, and were happy to be able to share it with family!
