California Fun

8/1/10

Love being able to be with family.  Papa G, Phil, and Enrique with baby O.

 And, all of the family (on our side that was there) together.  So great!

 We decided to take the kids to the beach right after our family time.
Sister is very apprehensive, but I just kept holding her hand so she wouldn't freak out too much.

 And, when the water hit, it was so much fun!

Missy is so small that she is being taken away with the waves going back out.  HAHA

I know that the pictures have the wrong date on them... I need to fix it.  For some reason it changes to the new day half of the day through.  HAHA  

Our first day at Disney!  WOOT!

 And, we even got stuck in traffic.  How aggravating!  ;)

 At the end of the night we decided to ride the shuttles.

 Aiko had met up with us later in the day... but she still had fun!

Another day at Disney!

 Our name is everywhere!  ;)

 Peter Pan was leading the way.  He was FAST!

 After trying to follow Peter, we ended up giving up because he was super speedy.

Luckily we ran into Aurora.

 We finally found Peter again.  And, we managed to get a picture out of him too.

 We decided to head over to see Tinkerbell after seeing Peter... on the way we decided to have a Tea Party.

 Poor Cman has a problem with bright...

 And now, we are wandering through to find Tinkerbell.

 Here she is!

 And, now Thunder Mountain.  Missy didn't want her picture taken up on the rocks.

 I have to say, the nightlife at Disneyland and California Adventures is fun!

We decided to take a break from Disney, and do a few other fun things.  :)
After a bit of swimming, we went to a dinner theatre about Pirates.

What a fun lazy day.  Tomorrow will be another day at Disney.  :)

And one thing I just love, is happy kids!

 And yes, this is my first child!  ;)

 The kids got to meet Buzz!

And Enrique is getting his workout.

 The girls were excited to see High School Musical out too!

 We went on the Grizzly River Run, and we got soaked!

 Still lots of fun, though!  We met a guy on the ride who was in Cali from Utah, and he was very friendly.
We decided to let him in the picture too.

 Cman is one lucky boy... he got to ride again with Diggy.

 We ran into Woody.

 And then we stopped to watch a parade.

 I am betting my nephew will love to see this picture!  ;)

 And on our way out, we had some extra tickets for a ride that we were too pooped to go on.

We handed them to some teenagers, and they were ecstatic!  They, in turn, got Mickey to pose with us,

even though Mickey was on his way home for the night.  

 And they suggested we do a crazy picture.  We had fun!

We decided to have another part of the day at Disneyland!  :)  It has been such a fun vacation.

 We had to ride Space Mountain... the kids seemed to enjoy it.

 And of course, Capton EO.  CANNOT go there without watching it.

Then in Haunted Mansion again... love this one!

 Then onto the beach for the last time this vacation.

 And we stopped at a place called Mario's for pizza for dinner.

We really enjoyed our day.

On our way back, we stopped through some mountains.  Our family is really in to heart rocks, 

thanks to Gramma K.  Everywhere we go, Sister has to look for them.  ;)

 Aiko decided to stay down and enjoy the rocks from below.

 One of the funniest things.  On our drive home, Cman had this brilliant idea to put a goldfish in Sister's mouth

after she had fallen asleep.  We were all laughing so hard.  

It was a great vacation, but as we all know, all good things must come to an end.  ;)
