We had Aiko and some of her friends over for dinner. It was great to have them come visit!!!
The kids really have loved having students in our home. It has definitely enriched our lives.
And, they love being able to have more family around. ;)
The nice thing is, I think that the host kids like it too, and feel like part of the family.
At least that is what I hope for.
We feel like every one of them have contributed to our family.
I love Aiko!
I love Aiko!
And, Enrique does too.
Thanks for coming, girls! We love you!

It's nice when you can get all the kids looking at the camera at the same time! :)
12/6/10
We had another Skate Night... it is so much fun!
Funny thing about this picture. Enrique has a look that he does when he is working on something
that has him using a bit more energy than typically used on, say, washing dishes or sweeping the garage. He
never fully recognizes that he is doing this look, and I will ask him why he is... he usually answers with, "What Look?" Well, I got half of his face with the look on it. TOO funny. Now he knows that he does do something that usually makes me laugh. :) Luff him!

Missy and her boxes... and they aren't to play in, like a normal
child. They are to SLEEP in. hahaha
I just am not sure what makes this seem like so much fun. haha
12/13/10
This is one of the best times of the year! I love getting my tree up.
It is just beautiful and calming for me to go into a room and sit and look
at a lit up tree. LOVE Christmas time!
12/15/10
Queenie came to visit. And, she was so sweet in bringing the kids
some fun gifts. Such a sweet and thoughtful person!
We gave her a little something too, but, it really was little.
LOVE her!
We also did our gingerbread houses.
Hope your Christmas season is going well!
12/19/10
Santa came by for a visit!! HURRAY!
Brecky was around too, so she got to see him...
And so was Suemehr. :)
Nice visiting with Mr Clause!
12/20/10
We went to a Sing-a-Long downtown... it was fun!
Big Buddha was there too. It was a great sing-a-long, and concert. :)
On our way back to get home we saw a tree lit up.
We decided to get a few pics, too!
What a fun night!!

We are opening some of our gifts early this year.
The kids were so excited to open them and see what they got.
As you can tell, they are very excited.
Thanks to Papa and Gramma for the wonderful spoiling. We love and miss them!
12/24/10
Off to Papa G and Gramma K's for Christmas. And, this is going to be the last
one we spend with them. It has been a great tradition, but it is time for a new
start of our own family traditions. BUT, we had such a fun time with the
family that could make it. :)
The kids all got to play out the manger scene. They always
have so much fun doing this.
At times, it was rough... Baby O is so cute!
Then it was time for our tradition of opening up Pj's...
And yes, the kids got Snuggies as well! haha
As well as Enrique and I.
Here is our family picture with our Pj's. Such a fun tradition.
Hope you had an excellent Christmas Eve remembering what was given to us as the ultimate gift so many years ago. May the serenity and peace of the season surround you all!
12/25/10
Christmas Day has finally arrived (and where did the year go?!) and the kids were all excited about seeing
what was brought to them by Santa, and what other fun things await them.
What a morning!
We then went over to see Gramma N and wish her a Merry Christmas.
We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas Day.
12/31/10
No real pictures to show, but we had some friends over for New Years Eve. We sang karaoke, danced with Just Dance for the Wii, and played some games. What a fun night!
This year has been an exciting one for our family, and we hope that your year has been great too. We hope that 2011 is a great New Year, and the happiest one yet for all of you!

I love that Phil and I are having our own little Christmas morning with O in the back of your photos, haha! This made me nostalgic! I can't believe that was a year and a half ago. How things change!
It is so fun to see the kids at Christmas 2010. Wow, how time flies.
